Highschool is the best time to have a mental breakdown because everyone in highschool is growing and has a mental breakdown at one point or another where they need people to notice their destructive behaviors and help them move past this to the next stage. By university most have gotten that out of their system; and good thing because this is the time in people’s lives where instead of having to worry about somebody’s else’s well being and mental state, like a preteen, they can work on building their own adult life as a functional part of society. It’s just backwards when people cry for attention now, and way more demanding on others who are trying to build their lives.
